Event Description:
Join us for a film screening and a complimentary popcorn treat as part of the Cleveland Kurentovanje Slovenian Mardi Gras arts and culture festival, of "Dedek gre na jug (Grandpa Goes South)," a heartwarming and humorous tale of friendship, love, and self-discovery.
The story follows Vlado, who hatches a daring plan to break his best friend Boris out of the hospital to embark on a road trip to Serbia. Their goal? To reunite Boris with his long-lost love, Neda. But when their paths cross with Esma, a spirited Roma singer, their journey takes unexpected turns, leading to a life-changing adventure for all.
