2025 Cooking Demo Information

Tenstan Krompir (Traditional Slovenian Potatoes) Ingredients:

  1. 1lb Russet or Baker’s Potato

  2. 1 large white onion, diced

  3. 1/4 cup lard

  4. Salt

Schnitzel Ingredients:

  1. 1 large pork loin, cut at 1/4” thickness (renders ~30 pieces)

  2. Garlic salt

  3. Black peppper

  4. Flour

  5. Egg Wash (1/2 cup water + 5 eggs, beaten and mixed together)

  6. Plain Unseasoned Breadcrumbs -OR- Seasoned Panko Breadcrumbs

  7. Vegetable oil

  8. Lemon

  9. Flat leaf Italian Parsley
