Have you wanted to develop practical Slovenian language skills? Let's start with the most practical of all... being able to speak enough Slovenian to have a great night out in Ljubljana! 

Dr. Luka Zibelnik, Professor of Slovenian Language will guide attendees through a fun, interactive virtual night out on the town, giving you a crash course so you can order your first pivo (beer), thank the bartender (hvala), make your way around town, back to your room (soba) and much more!

Participants need not have any existing Slovenian language skills; only a desire to learn and perhaps a glass of pivo or vino (wine) while you tune in to this practical and enjoyable virtual night out.

Free and open to all. Registration is not required, but attendees are encouraged to sign-up for the event to receive a reminder email prior to the online event with a link to the livestreamed event and information on how to access other relevant materials after the event takes place.
